Overview

When checking the results of automatic inspections, refer to [AutoInspect.Report]. Perform actions such as reprinting the document as necessary.

This section describes the procedure for checking automatic inspection reports from the system's Touch panel.

NOTICE
  • [Create Auto Inspection Report] must be set to [ON] ahead of time when performing an automatic inspection in order to create [AutoInspect.Report].
  • [Auto Inspection NIC Setting] must be configured to display [AutoInspect.Report].

Report Checking Workflow

This section describes the workflow for checking automatic inspection reports from the system's Touch panel.

Press [MACHINE] and then [AutoInspect.Report] on the system’s Touch panel to display the login screen.

Enter the [User Name] and [Password], and log in.

For details, refer to Login.

In [List of Report], press [Report] for the job you want to check the inspection results of.

For details, refer to [List of Report].

Check the report for [Out of range] (printed items that did not comply with inspection levels).

For details, refer to [List of Report].

To check the reports for [Completed Job] (printed items that complied with inspection levels) and [Decording result] (serial number/barcode decoding results), you will have to use the browser.
