[Annotation Setting]
Overview
Register stamps used in [STORE], [COPY], or [SCAN] as optional stamps in advance.
You can also edit or delete optional stamps.
Up to 40 optional stamps can be registered.

Setting Procedure (Registering a New Optional Stamp)

Select any unregistered stamp key "
", and press [New Register].

Press [Title].

Enter a title.
The title is required. Registration will not be completed unless a title is entered.

Press [OK].

Press [Item 1].

Select the desired one from [Text], [Date/Time], and [Annotation No.].
Multiple print contents cannot be set to a single item.
NOTICE
- When not printing [Item 1] ([Item 2] or [Item 3]), select [No Print]. Note that the specified print contents will be deleted if you press [No Print] after setting [Text], [Date/Time], or [Annotation No.].

Set print contents.
[Text]: Sets text string to be printed as [Annotation]. Up to 40 single-byte alphanumeric characters can be entered.
[Date/Time]: Sets the format of the date and time to be printed as [Annotation]. If [No Time Print] is selected, the time is not printed.
[Annotation No.]: Sets [Text] and [Annotation No.] to be printed as [Annotation]. For details, refer to Setting Procedure (Setting [Annotation No.]).

After the setting is completed, press [OK].

Press [Text Setting], and set [Text Size] and [Font] for the print contents specified in steps 6 to 8.

Press [OK].

Press [OK] again to confirm settings.

Select [Item 2] and [Item 3] as needed, and set print contents according to steps 6 to 11.

If multiple items are selected, set the stamp print layout in [Item Combination Method].
For details, refer to [Item Combination Method] Setting Example.

Press [OK].
The optional stamp is registered, and the title is displayed on the optional stamp key of the [Annotation Setting] screen.
Setting Procedure (Editing or Deleting an Optional Stamp)

Select a registered optional stamp key to edit, and press [Edit].

Follow steps 2 to 14 on Setting Procedure (Registering a New Optional Stamp) to edit the existing setting.

When deleting the registered optional stamp setting, select the registered optional stamp key to delete, and press [Delete].
The deletion confirmation dialog box is displayed.

Press [Yes].
The optional stamp setting is deleted, and the title disappears from the [Annotation Setting] screen.
Setting Procedure (Setting [Annotation No.])
Set [Text] and [Annotation Number] to be printed as [Annotation].
Both [Text] and [Annotation Number] can be printed simultaneously.

Refer to steps 1 to 6 on Setting Procedure (Registering a New Optional Stamp) to open the [Annotation No.] screen.

Press [ON] of [Text] or [Annotation Number].
To print [Text] and [Annotation Number] at the same time, press [ON] of the both.

Press [Set].
The entry screen opens.

Enter [Text] or [Annotation Number].

Press [OK].

Press [Annotation Number Print Form] to select the print format.

[Item Combination Method] Setting Example
When multiple items are selected for printing ([Item 1] to [Item 3]), this sets the print layout for those items.
