[Hot Folder]
Overview
This item displays the processing status of the file copied to a hot folder.
You can also confirm or delete the print job in the hot folder, and change the printing order.
NOTICE
The following setting is required to use this function.
- Set [Hot Folder Function] to [Enable].
Tips
- You can configure the setting so that [User Name] is not displayed. For details, refer to [Personal Info. Protection].

Setting Items
Setting item | Description |

[No.] | Displays the registration number when the print job is copied to the hot folder. |
[Folder Name] | Displays the folder name of the print job copied to the hot folder. |
[User Name] | Displays the name of the user who operated the job when user authentication is enabled. Displays the account name of the user who operated the job when account track is enabled. |
[File Name] | Displays the file name of the print job copied to the hot folder. |
[Status] | Displays the status of the print job copied to the hot folder. |
[Time Stored] | Displays the time when the file of the print job is registered in the hot folder. |
[To Top] | Moves the selected print job to the top of the list of the jobs registered in the hot folder. |
[Up] | Moves the order of the selected print job up one. |
