What Is [Spool]?
Overview
The jobs being expanded,such as under receiving or spooling, are displayed in a list.
It is possible to change the output order, check the details, and delete the job that is being expanded.
It is also possible to confirm the processing status of the file copied to a hot folder.
NOTICE
The following setting is required to use this function.
- Set [Enhanced Security Mode] to [OFF].
Tips
- You can configure the setting so that [User Name] is not displayed. For details, refer to [Personal Info. Protection].

Setting Items

Setting item | Description |

[File Name] | Displays the file name of the job that is being expanded. |
[User Name] | Displays the name of the user who operated the job when user authentication is enabled. |
[Status] | Displays the status of the job that is being expanded. |
[Mode] | Displays the mode of the job that is being expanded. The following modes are displayed.

Allows you to confirm the details when the job status is [Number Limitation]. | |
Allows you to confirm the status of the file copied to a hot folder. | |
[To Top] | Moves the processing order of the selected expanding job next to the job currently being processed. |
[Up] | Moves the processing order of the selected expanding job up one in the list. |
