[Hold Job]
Overview
List hold jobs in this system.
You can confirm hold jobs or save the selected job on the HDD.
Setting Procedure (Saving on the HDD)

Click the check box of the file you want to save on the HDD.
Select the [Check/Uncheck (applied to all the documents)] check box to collectively select all the files.

Click [HDD Store]. The destination's setting screen is displayed.

Enter [Folder Name], [Folder Password], or [User Box Name].
Enter the existing folder name or box name in the storage location.
If [Folder Name] or [User Box Name] is blank, files are saved in the first layer (root directory) on the HDD.

Click [OK].
Setting Procedure (Printing a File)

Select the check box of the file you want to print.

Click [Print]. The Print Setting screen is displayed.

In [Print Mode], select from the menu list.
[Normal]: Prints the number of copies that is set in the job.
[Proof]: Prints only 1 copy to confirm the output.
[Proof (1st Sheet)]: Prints only the 1st page to confirm the output.
[Wait]: Sets the job to the output stop state as an output reserved job.

Enter [Number of Sets].
Range: 1 to 9999

Click [OK]. The job is processed.
