When Intelligent Quality Optimizer IQ-501 Is Mounted, [Both Sides] Was Performed in [Auto Image Adjustment], but a Misalignment Occurred Between the Front and Back Positions of the Original.
Cause
Target option: Intelligent Quality Optimizer IQ-501
If a rounding error occurs, the image position is misaligned by 1 pt (approximately 0.35 mm / 0.013").
In this case, the original image position is also misaligned, so this misalignment cannot be adjusted using the [Auto Image Adjustment] function of Intelligent Quality Optimizer IQ-501.
Setting Procedure

This problem can be resolved by setting [Image Shift] in the printer driver or AccurioPro Print Manager.
A misalignment between the front and back positions occurs for several reasons. Check whether the paper used for both sides adjustment is cut correctly.

When Intelligent Quality Optimizer IQ-501 is mounted, select [MACHINE] - [Paper Setting] - [Both Sides Adj.] - [AutoMeasure] on the Touch panel.
[AutoMeasure] allows you to collectively adjust multiple paper trays, or output multiple charts to enhance the adjustment accuracy.

Correct the misalignment between image positions for each feed tray.

Open the [Properties] of the job in the printer driver.
In case of AccurioPro Print Manager, open the [Job Settings...] of the job.

Set the shift amount in [Image Position] - [Image Shift].
It is recommended that you shift the front side by 1 pt (approximately 0.35 mm / 0.013") in the paper feed direction.
