[Restart Timing Adjustment]

Adjust the image lead-edge position (image writing position) in the paper feed direction when printing.

An image can be printed at the correct position by adjusting the reference position of the print side.

NOTICE

The following setting is required to use this function.

• Perform [FD-Mag. Adjustment] in [Printer Adjustment].

Select [Side1] or [Side2].

Press the adjustment target selection key to adjust.

Press [Print Mode].

Press [1->1].

Load A3 w or 11 e 17 w paper in the paper tray for adjustment selected in step 1, and select that paper tray.

Press Start on the Control panel.

A chart is output.

Check the restart timing.

• Standard value: 20 mm ^ 0.5 mm

If any adjustments are required, press [Exit PrintMode] to return to the setting screen.

Use the on-screen keypad or the Keypad of the Control panel to enter the numeric value.

• Use [+ / -] to select the plus or minus of the numeric value. To change [Current Data], press [Set].

• [All Trays Offset]: [Adj. Range:-45~+45 1step = 0.1mm]

• Others: [Adj. Range:-30~+30 1step = 0.1mm]

Repeat steps 3 to 9 until the desired result is obtained.
