When the Replacement Message for Consumables Is Displayed

When the toner in the Toner bottle runs out, the message [Please replace the toner bottle] is displayed indicating that toner needs to be replaced.

At this time, printing not stops immediately as there is still some toner remaining in the toner replenishment unit. Replace the Toner bottle.

NOTICE

• When the toner in the toner replenishment unit also runs out, the machine will stop displaying the [Toner is used up Exchange toner bottle] message.

Tips

• Toner bottle can even be replaced in the middle of printing.

When Waste toner box is full of waste toner and needs to be replaced, a message such as [Ready to print Please replace waste toner box] is displayed to indicate that it is the time to replace the toner.

Replace the Waste toner box.

NOTICE

• If the Waste toner box becomes full of waste toner, the message [Waste toner box is full / Please replace the box] is displayed and the machine stops.

Tips

• [Consumable and Scrap Indicators] display on [MACHINE] screen lights up red, and the text color of the Waste toner box changes to yellow. This indicates that a sufficient amount of waste toner has accumulated, and it is time to replace the toner.
