[Delete Folder]
Overview
Delete a folder in the [HDD] job list.
NOTICE
The following setting is required to use this function.
- Set [User Authentication] to [OFF].
Tips
- The [Public] folder cannot be deleted.
- The folder that contains a box or job cannot be deleted. Delete a box or job in advance. For details about how to delete a job, refer to [Delete].

Setting procedure

Select the folder to delete.
If the folder is locked, click "
"; the Unlock screen is displayed. To unlock, enter the password, and click [OK].

Click [Delete Folder] in [Job Management].
A dialog box is displayed.

Click [Yes].
The message shown in the dialog box varies depending on the folder name.
You can also select [Delete Folder] from the right-click menu.
