Trouble Shooting
In the PageScope My Print Manager Port menu, if I tap "PageScope Enterprise Suite:Top Screen" and select "PageScope Mobile" as a Browser to login to the PSES server, the Help screen is displayed wrongly.
After returning from the Help screen to the login screen, enter your user ID and password again and tap the login button on the Web Browser screen, to log on.
If When Hole Punching is set in Print Settings, the output document is not hole punched.
Depending on the device, hole punching may not be executed on the output document, even if hole punching is set in the Print Settings.
You can print documents with hole punching using the following procedures.
1. Spool a print job without hole punching in this application's print settings. Set hole punching in the My Print Manager page of PageScope Enterprise Suite or set it in the operation panel on the device and then print.
2. Spool a print job with hole punching in this application's print settings, access the print settings screen on the device operation panel, and then print.
